Work Life Balance Post Coronavirus

During the coronavirus pandemic, many people got used to staying at home and spending much more time with their family and lounging around the house (I know I did). With the receding of the virus, most people’s lives will start to change as we return to work and normalcy. This could potentially bring up the issue of work-life balance. We want to help you make this transition so we gathered some resources that will help you navigate the return to normalcy and strike a good work-life balance.

“Recognize when you are starting to feel the pressure. It’s vitally important at this point that you reorient yourself to God’s sovereignty.”

“Somewhere between the deadlines and the to-do list, I’d forgotten the most important ministry God had entrusted to me: my family.”

“While perfect work-life balance isn’t possible in this life, and many things are outside of our control, God is with us. Let’s take a closer look at Jesus’ life, and consider how we can head toward more sanity and balance for our own.”

“We were designed for work of a different sort, to glorify the Father and enjoy Him forever. For many Americans, however, work seems to be more about glorifying self and enjoying the fruits that satisfy our worldly desires. But this seems to just fuel a desire for more.”
